How long is the shelf life of all natural products?

Our products are made with all natural ingredients, which means that they do not contact any preservatives. The shelf life of our homemade whipped body butters are approximately 6-8 months stored at room temperature. The shelf life of our homemade sugar scrubs are around 6 months. The most important tip is to keep the lid on the jars as much as possible.

Why hasn't the status of my tracking number updated?

Due to COVID-19 USPS is currently short staffed which has caused shipments to become delayed. This is completely out of our hands. Due to the nature of the pandemic, please allow USPS additional time to deliver your package of essentials. As a reminder, Essential Healing, LLC has no control over your package once it is dropped off at USPS. Feel free to contact USPS with your tracking number for any additional information.
